Free Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation is free of charge. You provide the bill, we review it and conduct a brief analysis. If our findings indicate there may be an error on your bill, you have the opportunity to enter into a contract with Montana Medical Bill Review to conduct a thorough, comprehensive analysis of the bill and follow through to resolution of any errors detected. You are under no obligation to enter into a contract for our services.
Contingency Fee Structure
Montana Medical Bill Review delivers personalized review and analysis services on a contingency fee basis. We collect a percentage of the amount we save our clients. This includes credits to accounts, discounts, adjustments, settlements, overpayment recovery and/or refunds. If your medical bills are correct and your insurance (if any) has paid according to your policy, there is no charge for our service. However, you may incur a charge from your healthcare provider for copies of your medical records necessary to conduct our review. Montana Medical Bill Review's contingency fee is 40% of the amount we save our client, as described above. This fee includes incidentals such as local travel, copies made by MMBR, faxes, etc. As a point of reference, a comparable fee for this type of service would be $85.00 per hour.
